Der Ohlsen "The title track undoubtly is a huge composition for the ages."

bunkles-crunkle A truly fantastic piece of Post-rock. The first track along with the art thrusts you into the album with energy and sadness. Where the first is a call to action full of alarm, the second track is calming but not without presence. The 3rd track is a much needed rest with drones and ambiance galore. It builds suspense for the 4th track a menacing and climatic track with so much beautiful noise. The albums ends with slow and fading tones of peace. Truly a fantastic album worthy of your attention.

Albert jacquard 1925-2013

“This is a piece of a big old tree. This tree probably sprouted just about the time Colombus sailed the Ocean Blue. It looks about 500 years old, somewhere in there. This tree probably sprouted just about the time Colombus sailed the Ocean Blue. You know the {?circles of faded log price savings?} have been pretty boring up until about 75 years ago and all hell broke loose out here on the ridge and they started to cut them down, most of them are gone now so we won’t be seeing any of these for at least for 950 years. That’s if we leave them alone. These are amazing old trees.” “The industry tends to call environmentalists radicals. The reality is that 95% of the standing native forest of the United States had been cut down. It’s not radical to try and save the last 5%, what’s radical is logging 95%. This is radical.” An activist from the 2011 documentary: “If a Tree Falls: A Story of the Earth Liberation Front”
